We are just steps from the beach and close to various local shops. Our apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and another with a King Size bed, offering extra comfort for your stay.

- Depending on your vehicle model, please check the measurements. Our parking space is located on G3. Measurements: 4.80m x 2.17m;
- For all our stays, it is mandatory to send a photo ID and CPF;
- Depending on the number of guests registered in the reservation, there may be an additional fee per person/per day;
- Please respect the quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.;
- Visitors are not allowed. Please respect the maximum number of guests allowed in the accommodation during your stay;
- For beachgoers’ entry and exit, please use the correct access (Beachgoers/Service);
- It is not allowed to walk around the common areas of the building wearing swimwear or without a shirt;
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in the common areas of the building;
- Any violation of the accommodation/condominium rules during your stay is the sole responsibility of the reservation holder, including in cases of fines;
- We do not accept pets;
- For additional linens and/or extra cleaning during your stay, an additional fee will be charged;
- Check-in: From 4:00 p.m. Check-out: Until 11:00 a.m.; Depending on the time of year we may be flexible, but for early check-in or late check-out, an additional fee will be charged;
- For check-in after 10:00 p.m., an additional service fee will be charged (R$ 100.00);

Our apartment is close to everything you need! We are just a few meters from the BC beach, on the sea block, and surrounded by various shops that will certainly be helpful during your stay in the city.
Our apartment has two bedrooms, one with a King Size bed and the other with a double bed. There are spacious closets to store your belongings during your stay, and one of the bedrooms has a sea view and a Smart TV. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

Our living room is integrated with the dining area, and both connect to our balcony, allowing everyone to stay together whether during meals, relaxing, or enjoying some leisure time.
It’s worth mentioning that our balcony is bright, airy, and offers a view of BC beach and the city.

Guests have access to all internal amenities of the apartment.
The entire space is for the exclusive use of guests registered in the reservation.
From the condominium: use of one parking space corresponding to our apartment is allowed. It is mandatory for beachgoers to enter and exit wearing proper attire and carrying beach items.

We are available for online service and support. In-person appointments are available upon request in cases of necessity.

We are located in the center of Balneário Camboriú, very close to Barra Sul, which offers several tourist attractions such as the Unipraias Park with the cable car and its new attraction: Super Gyro Tower.
Being in the central area, it is simple, quick, and convenient to find supermarkets, convenience stores, bakeries for all tastes, restaurants, and various utility shops.
We are near Havan, almost in front of Prático market, and in the commercial stores of the building we have our office attached to Café Lisboa, a coffee shop specializing in Portuguese sweets – and our guests get a special discount –.

Besides all that, we are on the seafront block, just a few steps from Av. Atlântica, so the beach is right there!

It is possible to meet your needs by walking.
We are located on Av. Brasil, close to Av. Atlântica, so access to public transportation is easy.
The city offers various transportation options: free public transportation, scooters available through apps, electric bikes, motorcycle taxis, and other transport apps, as well as taxis.
